I wrote this the first day of class and believe me I really didn’t know what history was. We all know what the word means but when given the opportunity to think critically on the meaning of history it was challenging. I definitely haven’t learnt everything I want to know about “doing” history yet but at-least I know a lot more then I did that first day. I learnt how to analyze a document, reflect on events in the past, and complete research on a topic relating to pre-Confederation Canada.
